Christopher Creek Spice Company, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, is a family-owned and operated corporation. Our mission is to provide today's busy cooks with custom blends of all-natural spices, enhancing their cooking and dining experiences.
Nestled at the base of the Mogollon Rim in the Arizona high country lies the charming town of Christopher Creek, famed for its connection to cowboy author Zane Grey and the Wild West. It's here, at our family cabin beside spring-fed Christopher Creek, that our Cabin Chili recipe was born and perfected.
Our product line includes five grilling rubs—Beef Rub, Fish Rub, Fowl Rub, Heat Rub, and Pork Rub—and six varieties of chili mixes—Cabin Chili, Green Chili, Beeline Chili Fire Rock Red, Beeline Chili Four Peaks White, Beeline Chili Rio Verde Green, and Beeline Chili Superstition Gold.
